Translation and notarization of documents
A notarized translation is a translation that is performed by certified specialists and certified with the stamp of the translation bureau, signed by the translator with a notary, and stamped by a notary. It should be emphasized that the notary only confirms the authenticity of the signature that the translator puts, without being responsible for the accuracy of the translation of the original text. The responsibility for the identity of the data specified in the document lies entirely with the translator.
Most often, a notarized translation from a foreign language into English is required for all documents that are submitted. Only a notarized translation that is duly executed and fully legalized becomes legally valid.
